AlgoRanter is a NFT project which focuses on providing utility and value to the art. We are not responsible for any loss of money during purchasing/selling the NFTs/Cryptocurrency. Users are responsible for keeping their Algo wallets safe. We are not responsible for you losing/forgetting your wallet password or losing any NFTs from the wallet.

Please make sure to be secure on the internet and away from scams. We are not responsible for any scams that you experience from fake profile online. Watch out for verified (tick) symbol when you bid/buy NFT on the NFT marketplaces.

You are the sole proprietor of the NFT once you purchase it from the listed NFT marketplaces. You are allowed to distribute, copy or showcase the art anywhere, any number of times. Once you auction/sell the NFT, you also transfer the art, ASA ID and right to the buyer and you no longer hold the right for personal or commercial use

Usage of our website images, NFTs, or any other AlgoRanter related media (excluding the logo and default NFT in its original format without editing) without permission is strictly prohibited.

You are allowed to use the merchandise to promote the project and print owned NFTs to use it as a physical display however with a preapproval in case it is any private/small events.

People trying to violate or duplicate the commercial use may be shadow banned and reported to the respective NFT marketplaces immediately

Any impersonation is strictly prohibited and shall be reported to cyber crime immediately.

AlgoRanter will announce any updates through our social media handles and everyone following our project are requested to check the verified handles before engaging in any economic activity. People impersonating the project or any individuals involved in the project is a serious offense and immediate action will be taken. Algoranter holds the right to revoke the license of NFT holders if they are violating any of our terms and conditions or if the team finds any misrepresentation of the project.
